We charge £15 per hour for cleaning.
We bring our own cleaning products and equipment as long as we can park close by to the property.
If there is no parking at the property and we have to park in a car park then these parking charges are added to the bill.
Our usual working Hours are 8.30-3 Monday to Friday but can do offices in the evening.
We are based in Tregony on the Roseland Peninsula, we are happy to cover all local areas within a 5 mile radius, other jobs will be considered but due to time/mileage there may be extra costs but please ask for a quote.
PAYMENTS (IMPORTANT PLEASE READ)
ONE OFF CLEANS
MUST BE PAID ON THE SAME DAY AS THE BOOKED CLEAN BEFORE LEAVING THE PROPERTY. THIS CAN EITHER BE VIA BANK TRANSFER OR CASH. PLEASE NOTE IF BY BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT MUST CLEAR INTO MY BANK BEFORE I LEAVE. YOU WILL BE GIVEN A RECEIPT FOR THIS PAYMENT. CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
REGULAR CUSTOMER CLEANS-
THESE WILL CONTINUE TO BE VIA INVOICE. THE INVOICE WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU OR LEFT AT YOUR PROPERTY ON THE LAST CLEAN OF THE MONTH. PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE VIA BANK TRANSFER OR CASH WITHIN 7 DAYS OF INVOICE. ONCE AGAIN CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
SORRY FOR BEING BLUNT BUT BEING A SMALL BUSINESS IT IS JUST THE SMALL FEW WHO DON'T PAY ON TIME THAT CAN STOP A BUSINESS RUNNING.
Please note if cancelling your appointment with less than 48 hours notice a 50% charge of your booked clean will be sent to you. If cancelling within 24 hours you will be invoiced for the full clean.
